We want you to love your ALEX AND ANI jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Shipping Label

Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided through our portal.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging, including all tags and the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
